Do I need to download an app?
No. Stickii runs in a desktop web browser, without installing anything or creating an account. The board is best used with a larger screen, mouse, and keyboard.
Can I use Stickii on my phone?
You can explore this page on your phone, but the board is designed for desktop use. Open this site in a desktop browser to create and organize your notes.
Is Stickii free to use?
Yes. Open the board and start collecting ideas, with no account required.
Where are my sticky notes saved?
Notes, images, and board layouts save automatically in IndexedDB, a storage area in your browser. Theme and snap-to-grid preferences use localStorage. They stay in the browser profile and site where you created them.
Can I use my boards on another device?
Boards don’t sync automatically. Export a board from the app, transfer the file to your other device, and import it there. You can also use exports as backups.
What happens if I clear my browser data?
Clearing this site’s stored data deletes your boards and preferences. Export important boards first. Private browsing may also discard your boards when the private session ends.
Can I paste images and use keyboard shortcuts?
Yes. Paste images with Ctrl+V (Command+V on Mac). Text fields support normal editing shortcuts. On the board, copy or cut a selected item, undo with Ctrl+Z, and redo with Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y. Press ? on the board for the full shortcut list.
